Job summary

Odin, a London-based company, is hiring an entry-level customer support role focused on the private markets platform. You will handle inbound tickets from angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders, and resolve issues quickly and accurately with the right tone.

You will learn the platform inside out, own tickets end-to-end, and advocate for customers while collaborating with Product, Ops and Compliance. A strong emphasis is placed on clear communication and AI fluency.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early in your career; fast learner in a startup environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills for a sophisticated customer base.
• Able to diagnose issues, propose workarounds and keep customers informed.

Responsibilities

• Answer support tickets from customers (angels, VCs, GPs, LPs and founders) across the full deal lifecycle.
• Learn the platform well enough to resolve most tickets yourself, without escalation.
• Triage tickets and route to Product, Ops or Compliance as needed.
