Bennett & Game Recruitment seeks a Graduate Technical Sales Engineer for the Ground Engineering sector in the Northwest. You will develop client relationships, respond to inbound leads, and drive opportunities on critical infrastructure projects.

The role combines technical civil/geotechnical knowledge with commercial activity, targeting new contracts while building long‑term partnerships across the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of the Ground Engineering sector.
• Commercial understanding.
• Technical knowledge of ground conditions and subsidence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and generate new sales in the infrastructure sector.
• Qualify inbound leads, arrange site visits and produce quotes.
• Use CRM and lead generation tools to track opportunities and close sales.
• Build relationships with clients and councils for large frameworks.
