You will support delivery of geotechnical services for ground movement and subsidence, combining technical knowledge with sales-driven activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of Ground Engineering sector.
• Commercial awareness.
• Experience in subsidence design is advantageous.
• Knowledge of buildings, foundations, and ground conditions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm inbound leads generated by the website.
• Develop new leads and sales within the infrastructure sector.
• Use CRM and lead generation software to manage prospects.
• Pre-qualify inbound leads, arrange site visits, and produce quotes.
• Follow up to close the sale while building client relationships.
• Create a targeted process to generate new sales.
• Work with local authority contracts and large frameworks.
