Qualifications
- Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Experience in foundation engineering or geotechnical design.
- Strong leadership, communication and multi-project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of piled foundations, retaining structures and ground improvement schemes.
- Review and check engineering calculations and technical reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout project delivery.
- Liaise with project managers, site teams and clients to resolve challenges.
- Mentor graduate and junior engineers.
- Drive innovation and promote best practice across the design team.
