Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting is beneficial.
• Strong written and video communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and prospects.
• Build relationships by understanding needs and delivering excellent support.
• Contribute to AI-powered solutions to optimise query resolution.
• Test product releases and participate in the SDLC with stakeholders.
• Create high-quality technical content to support self-service resources.
