Job summary

Right Now Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Graduate / Entry-Level Technical Account Manager to join our smart energy client. You will act as a core technical contact for UK customers, supporting product lines and driving customer success.

This role focuses on hardware, data systems, and engineering analytics rather than generic IT support, with hybrid working in Basingstoke (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and up to £34,000 salary.

Qualifications

• Graduate or equivalent with an interest in Engineering/Analytics or strong customer skills.
• Experience in technical customer support relating to software, electrical goods, engineering hardware, or embedded devices is advantageous.
• High computer literacy and advanced Excel skills are preferred for managing device metrics.

Responsibilities

• Act as core technical contact for UK customers across product lines.
• Own customer incidents and technical queries from initial engagement through to resolution with SLAs.
• Collect, analyse and interpret logs, device data and feedback to pinpoint root causes and troubleshoot issues.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular communication and on-site configuration and deployment support.
• Coordinate testing and guide customers through test assurance phases; manage escalations.
• Lead and deliver customer training sessions for product onboarding and adoption.
• Contribute to a knowledge base and report trends to drive product improvements.
