Flourish is recruiting a Tech Sales Development Representative (Graduate Scheme) in Nottingham. You will build a pipeline, engage with prospects, and demonstrate technology solutions as part of a structured program designed to advance to Senior Account Executive within four years.

From day one you receive training, coaching from sales leaders, and a clearly defined progression with uncapped commission and a base salary of £30k.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above required.
• Ambitious, commercially minded and relationship-driven.
• Career-long technology sales path with structured progression.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities in target markets.
• Outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and virtual meetings.
• Qualifying opportunities and understanding customer challenges and objectives.
• Delivering product demonstrations and presenting technology solutions.
• Building long-term relationships with decision-makers.
• Managing opportunities through full sales cycle to close.
