Job summary

Flourish is seeking ambitious graduates for its Business Development Executive Graduate Scheme in tech sales, based in Nottinghamshire. You’ll receive structured training, real responsibility, and a clear progression path to Senior Account Partner (£50k base + commission + company car within 4 years).

You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with customers, and lead consultative conversations about technology solutions while progressing deals with internal teams,

Qualifications

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above.
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and target-driven.
• Keen to build a long-term career in tech sales.
