Step Into Teaching Limited is recruiting graduates for Graduate Teaching Assistant roles in Luton for the September 2026 academic year. The positions are full-time, term-time, and offer hands-on classroom experience to develop skills before teacher training or related education careers.

You will work with teachers to support pupils academically, socially and emotionally, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions and helping build confidence.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 degree or above (all degree subjects considered).
• GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths.
• A genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to making a positive impact.
