Babcock is offering a Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Plymouth, starting September 2027. You will rotate across placements, apply systems engineering principles, and support the full lifecycle from concept to decommissioning.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track for a STEM degree (BEng/MEng/BSc/MSc).
• Ability to obtain BPSS and Security Check clearance.
• UK nationality or eligibility may be required for certain programmes.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems principles to ensure components and stakeholders align to deliver safe, effective and sustainable solutions.
• Rotate through placements across multiple projects and teams over two years.
• Define requirements, manage interfaces and support integration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Progress to leading small teams and oversee projects as you gain experience.
