Job summary

Babcock International invites applicants to join its Systems Engineering Graduate Programme in Rosyth, Scotland. Over two years, graduates rotate through placements every three to six months, gaining exposure to design, integration, and lifecycle activities while building a professional network.

You’ll work across disciplines, develop stakeholder engagement, manage interfaces, and progress toward Chartered Engineer status, with clear support for clearances and relocation if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM field.
• BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply systems principles to ensure components, processes and stakeholders align.
• Assist across the engineering lifecycle from concept to decommissioning.
• Develop requirements, manage interfaces and support integration across teams.
