Job summary

Babcock International is launching a two-year Supportability Engineering graduate programme based in Bristol. You will rotate through teams, gaining hands-on experience across the product lifecycle, from design to maintenance and disposal.

The scheme includes structured mentorship and training, with opportunities to advance toward Chartered Engineer status as part of a formal career progression within our Engineering Function.

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Engineering is required.
• Security clearances BPSS, SC and NNPI may be required.
• UK nationality/residency restrictions apply.

Responsibilities

• Experience the breadth of our work through rotational placements in Supportability Engineering.
• Placements typically last four to six months and are based in Bristol.
• Some placements may occur at other locations such as Plymouth.
• Receive structured support, training and mentorship from day one.
• Graduate Development Programme includes masterclasses on communication, branding, resilience and wellbeing.
• Guidance to achieve Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with fees covered.
• Post-programme progression into a permanent role within Engineering and a clear career pathway.
