Job summary
Worcester Bosch invites applications for a Process & System Development Advanced Apprentice (Graduate) in our Service department. You will join the Systems Development & Support team across the UK & Ireland and help drive improvements using SAP, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform.
The role focuses on delivering high-impact projects, learning the landscape, and supporting customer journeys with data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Degree in business, economics, computing or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and the ability to think of solutions to business problems.
- Strong presentation skills for delivering information to stakeholder groups.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn from colleagues.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a collaborative team to drive department improvements via modern IT applications.
- Solutions would come from combination of SAP, Azure Databricks and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Delivering high impact improvement projects within scope, timelines and targets.
- Using analytical mindset to inform strategic developments and guide the department.
- Gain knowledge of the current landscape to support and maintain systems.
