Job summary

Bosch Worcester is seeking a Marketing Analyst Graduate to join our Marketing team. You will formulate and analyse market research and customer feedback to support our insights and customer experience strategy.

You’ll work with data processing and analytics to provide timely insights for Marketing and the wider business, while maintaining reliable data pipelines across internal systems. This role sits in the Insight team and targets building deep expertise in market research and performance

Qualifications

Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract term.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, basic statistical analysis, and core survey design principles.
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Basic knowledge of data analytics tools such as Knime and Azure Databricks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Formulating and analysing market research and customer feedback to support insights and customer experience strategy.
Processing and analysing data to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the wider business, maintaining reliable data pipelines across internal systems.
