This 18-month graduate programme sits at the crossroads of technology and business processes, offering hands-on exposure to ERP systems, data analysis and process improvement in a fast-paced, operational environment.
You will bridge business requirements with IT, map processes, identify inefficiencies and support system enhancements while developing your technical knowledge and career in IT and business
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, CS, BIS, SWE, or related subject.
- Understanding of ERP systems and how technology supports business operations.
- Exposure to coding or scripting.
- Interest in business processes and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Structured and process-driven approach to work.
- Confident to ask questions and challenge how things are currently done.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between business teams and IT, understanding how processes and systems work together and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Develop and map existing business processes.
- Identify process issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate system and process-related problems.
- Use data to identify root causes.
- Explore how technology and automation could improve processes.
- Translate business requirements into clear information for technical teams.
- Support testing and implementation of system and process improvements.
- Build technical knowledge of ERP systems, coding and process management.
