Bosch Worcester is seeking a Marketing Analyst Graduate to join the Marketing Insight team. You will formulate and analyse market research and customer feedback to support our insights and customer experience strategy, and you will help keep data pipelines reliable across internal systems.

This 2-year fixed-term graduate role offers structured training, exposure to Power BI and analytics tools, and a collaborative environment within a leading home heating technology business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, basic statistical analysis, and core survey design principles.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI, Knime, Azure Databricks) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and analyse market research and customer feedback to support insights and CX strategy.
• Process data and perform analytics to provide timely, accurate insights for Marketing and the business.
• Maintain reliable data pipelines and integrations across internal systems.
