What's the role?

Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human-made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant at Ridge, you will be part of a specialist sustainability team supporting a wide range of client organisations, external consultant teams, contractors and Ridge's own multi-disciplinary project teams, helping to deliver practical and innovative sustainability solutions. Your responsibilities will include undertaking Embodied Carbon and Net Zero assessments, delivering Sustainable Building Assessments such as BREEAM, WELL, FitWel, SKA and DREAM, providing sustainability support for planning and masterplanning projects, assisting with ESG and corporate sustainability initiatives, producing technical briefing notes, reports and drawings, and supporting project stakeholders on all sustainability-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.
