Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in London is launching the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme for recent graduates to become Graduate Project Managers. The two-year programme offers on-the-job learning across sectors, with exposure to project planning, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, collaborate with clients, designers and contractors, and gain a rounded understanding of how projects are delivered from brief to completion.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related degree obtained in 2026/2027 or a bachelor’s degree with a relevant Master’s.
• Available to start work full-time from September 2027.
• Willing to travel to attend the London office 4 days per week.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK; visa sponsorship not required.
• Curious and eager to learn; passionate about the Built Environment.

Responsibilities

• Graduate Project Manager role within Ridge’s two-year Evolve graduate programme.
• Gain practical experience across project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance and reporting.
• Support projects from brief through to completion while collaborating with clients, designers, consultants and contractors.

As a Graduate Project Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on projects across a range of sectors and at different stages of delivery. You’ll build practical experience in project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting and supporting projects from brief through to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a closely related degree obtained in 2026/2027 or I hold a bachelor’s degree in another subject together with a relevant Master’s degree

• I am happy to pay the travel costs to attend the London office 4 days per week
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
