Qualifikationen

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree (any subject).
• I am available to start work full-time from Autumn 2027.
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship.

If you’re ready to launch a meaningful career in Building Surveying, applications are now open for recent and upcoming Graduates to join our Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our London office.

Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn.

What's the role?

Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human-made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. It’s everything from individual buildings to entire cities and the infrastructure that connects them. Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Building Surveyor at Ridge you will benefit from on job learning experiences whilst working on prestigious projects and core building surveying instructions. Our projects are of varying sizes and cover a variety of sectors including large residential, educational, industrial and commercial schemes. The team cover a wide range of core Building Surveying instructions, namely planned preventative maintenance (PPM) surveys, pre-acquisition building surveys, schedules of condition, schedules of dilapidations and reinstatement cost assessments. You will also work with interesting clients including large retail companies, local authorities, Schools/Universities, contractors, developers etc.
