Ridge and Partners LLP in Winchester runs an Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme designed to start careers in the Built Environment. You will join expert teams, tackle real client challenges and work toward professional chartership, with a strong focus on mentoring and continued professional development.

Successful candidates will begin in Autumn 2027 after assessments, with a structured two-year plan and opportunities to network, grow leadership skills and contribute to meaningful projects

What's the role?

Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human-made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play.
