Job summary

Ridge & Partners Llp in Cardiff is seeking graduates for the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in Project Management or Construction. This two-year programme provides on-the-job learning across multiple sectors, focusing on project planning, governance, reporting, and risk management from brief through to completion.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience while collaborating with clients, designers, consultants and contractors.

Qualifications

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management or a construction related degree, or I hold a bachelor’s degree in another subject together with a relevant Master’s degree
• I am available to start work full-time from September 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
• I am passionate about the Built Environment and its role in communities and society

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain practical experience in project planning, programme and risk management, governance, reporting and supporting projects from brief through to completion

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Project Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on projects across a range of sectors and at different stages of delivery.
