Job summary

Colliers is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme in Glasgow for aspiring surveyors. You will gain hands-on experience across property sectors, conduct site visits, and build market research and financial modelling skills. The role supports APC and RICS chartership with structured development and mentorship from senior colleagues.

You will work on client-facing Deliverables, engage with investors, and contribute to business development while pursuing APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated.
• Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full UK driving licence or working towards one.
• Commercial awareness and interest in the property market.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits.
• Undertake market research and analysis.
• Assist with valuation reports and lease advisory work.
• Prepare client reports and presentation materials.
• Build financial and property performance models.
• Engage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiers.
• Contribute to business development and market intelligence.
• Work towards APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
