Job summary

Colliers is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme in Glasgow for aspiring surveyors. You will gain hands-on experience across property sectors, conduct site visits, and build market research and financial modelling skills. The role supports APC and RICS chartership with structured development and mentorship from senior colleagues.

You will work on client-facing Deliverables, engage with investors, and contribute to business development while pursuing APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated.
• Studying a RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Full UK driving licence or working towards one.
• Commercial awareness and interest in the property market.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.

• Studying a RICS‑accredited degree (or equivalent relevant degree)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

• Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn
• Full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one

Desirable

• Previous work experience, placement year or internship
• Involvement in university societies, sports teams or leadership activities
• Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market
