Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Scotland invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Development Programme in Building Surveying. You’ll work in Real Estate, developing technical and commercial competencies and progressing toward the RICS APC through a dedicated scheme.

From day one you’ll build internal networks and gain hands-on experience in inspections, cost estimation and project delivery, with mentoring and structured development to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree or Masters conversion in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum).
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in real estate and construction.
• Ability to work from an office-based environment in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building inspections and surveys.
• Prepare detailed reports on building conditions and defects.
• Assist with cost estimates.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Support project teams in delivering building projects.
