Job summary

Colliers in Glasgow is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Surveyor. You will support client instructions, conduct site visits, and conduct market analysis across property sectors, building financial models, and preparing reports.

You'll work towards APC and RICS chartership with mentorship, training, and exposure to senior leaders and clients, delivering real responsibility from day one within a collaborative global business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Commercial awareness and interest in the property market.

Responsibilities

• Support client instructions and project delivery across multiple property sectors
• Conduct property inspections and site visits
• Undertake market research and analysis
• Assist with valuation reports, lease advisory work and consultancy projects
• Prepare presentation materials and client reports
• Build financial and property performance models
• Engage with clients, landlords, investors and occupiers
• Contribute to business development activities and market intelligence
• Maintain accurate records and professional documentation
• Work towards APC and becoming a Chartered Surveyor
