Job summary

Newmark in Glasgow offers a two-year graduate real estate programme designed to fast-track your career towards MRICS qualification. You’ll rotate across disciplined teams, gain hands-on experience, and work with senior professionals to develop core technical skills.

The programme combines structured mentorship, live deal exposure, and formal APC pathways, with a clear path to broader responsibility within the Glasgow office and wider UK network.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills to support market data analysis and client advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and client liaison.
• Ambition with commitment to MRICS APC and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, site visits, and prepare notes and reports.
• Support financial modelling, investment appraisals, and cash flow analysis.
• Research local and national market data to inform client advice and valuations.
• Draft sections of client reports, valuations and pitches for review by seniors.
• Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, agents, and other professionals as part of deal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM data to support the Glasgow team pipeline.
• Work towards MRICS APC requirements with regular training hours and mentorship.
