Job summary

RedTech is seeking a Graduate Support Engineer to join a small, growing technology team in the North Uttlesford / Greater Cambridge area. You will support deployment and ongoing operation of products for customers, gaining hands-on experience across infrastructure, monitoring and technical support with training provided.

This role suits a new or recent STEM graduate who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new technologies and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above in STEM disciplines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and deployment of technology to customers
• Help build and manage infrastructure supporting customer deployments
• Monitor performance and investigate technical issues
• Troubleshoot problems and support resolution
• Help customers understand and use the company’s products
• Work across multiple projects and take ownership of tasks
• Develop knowledge of the company’s technologies through training and experience
