Job summary

Quell is seeking a Support Engineer to join a compact, autonomous team in the North Uttlesford/Greater Cambridge area. The role focuses on supporting deployments, building and managing infrastructure, and monitoring performance for customer use.

Ideal candidates are new or recent graduates with a STEM background, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn quickly across cloud platforms like AWS and Linux-based systems.

Qualifications

• A strong STEM degree with 2:1 or higher in maths, physics, engineering or CS.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage external stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
• Willingness to learn new technologies to support various projects.

Responsibilities

• Support customer deployments by building out and managing infrastructure.
• Monitor performance, respond to issues and assist clients with our products.
