Job summary

Graduate Support Engineer role with RedTech Recruitment Ltd in the North Uttlesford / Greater Cambridge area. Fully on-site five days a week, offering hands-on experience across infrastructure, monitoring and technical support with training provided.

Ideal candidate is a recent STEM graduate with strong academics, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. DV security clearance eligibility is required for some client projects.

Qualifications

• Top academic history prioritized (2:1 or above in CS, Maths, Physics, Engineering or STEM).
• A-levels with AAB or international equivalent.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout and deployment of technology to customers.
• Help build and manage infrastructure supporting customer deployments.
• Monitor performance and investigate technical issues.
• Troubleshoot problems and support resolutions.
• Help customers understand and use the company’s products.
• Work across multiple projects, taking ownership of tasks and collaborating with colleagues.
• Develop knowledge of the company’s technologies through training and practical experience.
