Sweco UK Ltd is recruiting a Graduate Structural Engineer for our Mission Critical Division. You will be mentored by experienced engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues across the UK and Ireland, developing structural solutions for a broad range of projects.

The two-year blended learning Graduate Scheme offers mentoring from professionals, with masterclasses and opportunities to pursue professional accreditation.

Formación

• Degree relevant to structural engineering or civil engineering.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Driven, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Eligibility to work in the UK now and in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Be an active part of the team in developing structural engineering solutions for various projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues from multiple disciplines to deliver project results and client value.
• Develop technical excellence and communication skills in design.
