Qualifikationen

• Degree relevant to the role.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Able to work in the UK without restrictions.

Aufgaben

• Work as an integral team member on prestigious UK construction projects.
• Carry out thermal analysis and assessment of ventilation requirements.
• Develop the building energy strategy with passive and active design solutions.
• Select plant and equipment to develop mechanical plantroom configurations.
• Write technical reports, designs and tender drawings; use CAD/RevIt tools.
• Visit construction sites and witness commissioning.
