Sweco UK is recruiting a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join the Infrastructure & Environment Division in a two-year Early Careers Graduate Scheme. You’ll collaborate with a close-knit geotechnical team on diverse UK projects, from feasibility to construction, gaining hands-on experience and professional mentoring.

You will build technical and commercial skills through structured masterclasses and real project exposure, with a permanent position and a comprehensive benefits package including

• Degree relevant to the role.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Demonstrated problem solving and proactive approach.
• Ability to work in the UK without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a geotechnical team on design projects.
• Assist with planning and supervision of ground investigations.
• Gather, interpret and analyse data from field/lab investigations.
• Model geotechnical behaviour using engineering software.
• Contribute to technical reports and design documents.
• Support supervision of ground investigations during construction.
