Sweco UK Ltd is hiring a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Building Services Division. You will work with top engineers on prestigious UK projects, developing energy strategies and selecting equipment for low-carbon systems.

The program combines virtual and face-to-face learning over two years, with mentoring, masterclasses, and potential professional accreditation. A permanent role with a competitive salary and benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering).
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (excluding placements).
• Confident with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Able to work in the UK without restrictions; permanent role with career growth.

Responsabilidades

• Work as an integral team member on prestigious UK construction projects.
• Carry out thermal analysis and assessment of ventilation to determine loads for central plant.
• Compare design proposals and develop building with the design team to incorporate passive/active solutions.
• Develop the energy strategy to adopt sustainable, low-carbon mechanical systems.
• Select plant and equipment to develop mechanical plantroom configurations.
• Write technical reports, design presentations and tender drawings/specifications.
• Use thermal modelling software and CAD (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Visit construction sites to witness system commissioning.
