The role offers a two-year blended learning programme, with both virtual and in-person sessions, plus the chance to gain professional accreditation. We value proactive, collaborative graduates who can work in the UK and contribute to Sweco’s mission to transform society

Qualifications

• Degree relevant to the role is required.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (placements excluded).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Driven, proactive and solution oriented.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK permanently.

Responsibilities

• Mentor by experienced engineers and work with multidisciplinary colleagues across the UK and Ireland.
