Kier Group is offering a Graduate Stakeholder Officer position in Bridgwater, Somerset. This permanent, full‑time 2‑year programme starts Sept 2027, with starting salary £31,000 and a possible car allowance of £4,750 or company car; salary potential around £38k on completion.

You’ll support client, stakeholder and community relationships, coordinate communications, respond to enquiries, and deliver presentations to communities.

Formación

• Degree required: communications or related field; strong written and verbal communication.
• UK driving licence required.
• Graduate in 2027 or within the last three years.

Responsabilidades

• Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders impacted by the project.
• Coordinate proactive and reactive communications to communities via multiple channels.
• Support the stakeholder manager with project contact points and enquiries.
• Investigate and respond to enquiries; maintain an audit trail of engagement.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders and community groups to improve customer experience.
