Kier Group is seeking a Business Information Graduate for its Bridgwater project in Somerset. The role offers a starting salary of £31,000 per year with a potential car allowance of £4,750 for eligible personnel.

The two-year permanent graduate pathway leads to an assistant level role with salary potential around £38k. The programme begins in September 2027, with extensive benefits, including 26 days annual leave and a wellbeing support programme.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to produce reports and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Data/reporting for SCAPE framework including all project KPIs.
• Utilising internal systems e.g. CRM and client/framework reporting for compliance.
• Dealing with stakeholders across divisions and teams.
• Supporting information management across the framework and potential move into project management.
