What's the role?

Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human-made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Social Value Management Consultant, you will gain full exposure to all elements of the advisory process while supporting innovative, client-facing projects across the built environment. You will help organisations maximise social impact through development, procurement, regeneration, housing and infrastructure projects.

You will gain hands‑on experience across a diverse range of commissions, supporting clients to understand local needs, develop social impact strategies, assess organisational maturity and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. You will be exposed to all aspects of consultancy, including research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, commercial management and business development.

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor’s degree in either Sociology, Economics, Geography, Business Management, Politics, Social Policy or closely related subject and obtained in 2026 or 2027 or I hold a bachelor’s degree in another subject together with a relevant Master’s degree
• I am available to start work full-time from Autumn 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
• I am curious and eager to learn
