Job summary

Ridge is a Built Environment consultancy inviting graduates to join the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme in our Cheltenham office. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on projects across sectors, from initial brief to delivery, with an offer anticipated before Christmas 2026 or early 2027.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Project Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on projects across a range of sectors and at different stages of delivery. You’ll build practical experience in project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting and supporting projects from brief through to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
