Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Oxford invites graduates to join the Autumn 2027 Evolve graduate programme as Graduate Project Manager. This two-year programme offers on-the-job learning across sectors, delivering projects from brief to completion and gaining experience in planning, governance and reporting.

You will work with clients, designers, consultants and contractors under supervision, with mentorship, CPD opportunities and a route to chartership after successful completion.

Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor’s degree (any subject) or predicted.
• Available to start full-time from September 2027.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to project planning, programme and risk management.
• Coordinate stakeholders and governance, with regular reporting.
• Support projects from brief through to completion with experienced teams.

Our two-year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Project Manager at Ridge you will benefit from on-the-job learning experiences while working on projects across a range of sectors and at different stages of delivery. You’ll build practical experience in project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance, reporting and supporting projects from brief through to completion. Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll collaborate with clients, designers, consultants and contractors, gaining a rounded understanding of how successful projects are developed and delivered.
