Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP, a Built Environment Consultancy in Manchester, offers a two-year Evolve graduate programme for aspiring Social Value Management Consultants. Qualifications

• 2:1 bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics, Geography, Business Management, Politics or Social Policy (or related field) with 2026/2027 graduation, or a degree plus a relevant Master's.
• Availability to start full-time from Autumn 2027.
• Permanent Right to Work in the UK; no visa sponsorship required.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Passionate about the Built Environment and its impact on communities.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to all elements of the advisory process across built environment projects.
• Support client-facing projects in development, procurement, regeneration, housing and infrastructure.
• Assist in understanding local needs, developing social impact strategies, and delivering outcomes for communities.
• Engage in research, analysis, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Successful candidates will have an offer on the table prior to Christmas 2026 or early 2027 for a start in the Autumn. What's the role? Ridge is a Built Environment Consultancy. This is all about the human‑made spaces and structures that support how and where we live, work and play. It's everything from individual buildings to entire cities and the infrastructure that connects them. Our two‑year Evolve graduate programme develops and supports the next generation of Built Environment professionals. As a Graduate Social Value Management Consultant, you will gain full exposure to all elements of the advisory process while supporting innovative, client‑facing projects across the built environment. You will help organisations maximise social impact through development, procurement, regeneration, housing and infrastructure projects. You will gain hands‑on experience across a diverse range of commissions, supporting clients to understand local needs, develop social impact strategies, assess organisational maturity and deliver meaningful outcomes for communities. You will be exposed to all aspects of consultancy, including research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, commercial management and business development.

• I have or am predicted a 2:1 bachelor's degree in either Sociology, Economics, Geography, Business Management, Politics, Social Policy or closely related subject and obtained in 2026 or 2027 or I hold a bachelor's degree in another subject together with a relevant Master's degree
• I am available to start work full‑time from Autumn 2027
• I have a permanent Right to Work in the UK and do not need visa sponsorship
