Job summary

Galliford Try Group is recruiting for a Graduate Site Manager as part of the UK’s top-rated construction and civil engineering graduate programme. This two-year development path combines hands-on site duties with leadership modules and professional qualifications, supported by a mentor.

You will start in September 2027 in a full-time role on-site, with potential travel to other projects and locations. BPSS clearance is required before employment and the package includes a competitive salary and

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Management (or similar) before September 2027.
• Full UK driving licence by 6 September 2027 (or currently learning with expected acquisition).
• Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction/Site Manager with duties and ad-hoc tasks.
• Support with booking of site visits/inductions/deliveries.
• Liaise with site supervisors and principal contractors.
• Attend progress and other meetings as necessary/directed.
• Carry out physical tasks to assist in completing the works.
