Job summary

Galliford Try Group offers a two-year Graduate Development Programme based in Manchester with the potential for wider North West travel. You will gain hands-on construction leadership experience, work with project teams and work toward professional qualifications funded by the company.

The role supports safe, efficient delivery across multiple projects and starts in September 2027. A UK driving licence is essential and relocation/travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering completed by Sep 2027.
• UK driving licence or licence by 6 Sep 2027 and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn leadership for construction phase activities within Project Teams.
• Promote health, safety, environmental and construction best practice.
• Help plan, coordinate and allocate construction staff and resources.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Team and HR to develop the resource pool.
• Ensure safety is the priority and report HS&E issues to the Safety Manager.
• Contribute to implementing Quality, Safety and Environmental policies.
