Galliford Try Group is offering a two-year Graduate Construction Manager programme in the UK, starting September 2027. You will gain hands-on leadership experience in construction projects, with exposure to health, safety and environmental practices and professional qualifications if pursued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (or similar) prior to Sept 2027.

Responsibilities

• Create a knowingly safe working environment.
• Support functional management of teams during construction phase.
• Assist with planning, coordination and allocation of construction staff.
• Liaise with Project Managers, Site Team and HR to develop the portfolio's resource pool.
• Ensure Health and Safety remains the priority in all activities.
• Report HS&E issues to Health & Safety Manager.
• Implement Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets.
