Job summary

Galliford Try Group is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme for a passionate Civil Engineering graduate. You will work in a full-time role on-site, supporting setting out, engineering control and quality records in a collaborative environment.

You will report to Engineers/Senior Engineers, participate in a safe working culture, and have opportunities to pursue professional qualifications with company-funded support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Full UK driving licence or eligible to obtain by Sept 2027.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Assist site engineers with setting out and engineering control on site.
• Contribute to safe working environment and sign-off processes.
• Maintain diary sheets and provide photographic evidence as required.
• Assist in material reconciliations and as-built surveys.
• Support in producing 2D & 3D site sketches and ensure records align with ITPs.
