The Role – Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Support pupils aged 6–16 with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and Moderate Learning Difficulties
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group support, both academic and emotional
  • Help to boost confidence, encourage independence, and foster participation
  • Work closely with teachers to maintain an inclusive, engaging classroom environment
