Job summary

Pareto is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Greater Manchester to join a growing software sales team. You will develop a solid understanding of the company’s software suite and generate demand from new and existing customers.

You’ll book demonstrations via outbound calls, LinkedIn, and email, supported by mentorship from senior sellers. The role offers £26k base with OTE up to £28k, hybrid working, healthcare and pension, and clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Degree is not required if you can demonstrate commercial understanding.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of the company's software suite and internal processes.
• Generate demand with customers, producing qualified sales opportunities.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with businesses, mapping out potential opportunities.
• Book software demonstrations through outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing and other channels.
• Learn and enjoy mentorship from senior sellers on best practice and strategy.
• Manage your leads pipeline and tracking effectively.
