Guardian Jobs in Coventry seeks a motivated Graduate Science Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school. You will support science lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics and gain hands-on classroom experience.

The ideal candidate holds a 2:1 or higher in a science-related subject, with excellent communication and a proactive, adaptable approach. This is a full-time role with immediate or September start for £20,000–£25,000.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning during science lessons (Biology, Chemistry and Physics).
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions for students needing extra support.
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Help students develop confidence and independent learning in science.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
