You will support Key Stages 3 and 4, working with experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support to diverse learners.

The ideal candidate holds a 2:1 or higher degree in English, Maths, Science, Education or a related subject and is pursuing a future in teaching.

Qualifications

• Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in English, Maths, Science, Education or related subject.
• Has a genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
• Experience of working with young people is desirable.
• Is considering a future career in teaching.
• Is reliable, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom.
• Work alongside experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students of varying needs and abilities.
• Assist with classroom organisation and lesson preparation.
• Become an integral member of an inclusive school community.
