Our2026Food Manufacturing Operations Graduate Programmewill be at the heart of our operations, helping to ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and safety in our production processes. You will have a tailored programme designed to develop your skills and prepare you for a leadership role, with mentoring and coaching from industry experts.

Our scheme offers placements across our operations, providing a rounded understanding of all aspects of our manufacturing processes. The placements will focus on everyday people management, supervision, and a commercial focus on continuous improvement.
