EdmundsonEdmundson Electrical are offering a graduate sales trainee role across the UK. You will rotate through departments during a 12-month training programme, gaining product knowledge and market insight while developing sales skills.

No prior experience required; the role includes on-the-job training, a £31,000 base salary and a path to external sales and management opportunities. Eligible for a profit share scheme, funded sales training, and a company pension, with weekend work as required.

Qualifikationen

• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work well on their own initiative.
• This role requires you to work an occasional Saturday morning as the business trades 6 days a week.
• You have finished studying and are ready for an immediate start!

Aufgaben

• Learn across multiple branches and departments during the 6–12 month training plan.
• Develop into an external, customer-facing sales role after around 12 months.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities from new customers and dormant accounts.
• Gain product knowledge to promote Edmundson Electrical as a supplier of choice.
• Chase leads, influence, negotiate and generate sales over the phone and in person.
